A GLO is here...

If you are anything like me, I need a special "glo" and certainly something with a mineral or two in it. Frinj Salon and Spa now carries the most AWESOME concealer - the gloUnder Under Eye Concealer!

gloUnder Eye Concealer by gloMinerals is the best solution to cover an occasional blemish, scarring, hyper pigmentation or a skin condition. I have personally tested this product as well - on the recommendation of Keriane, the salon manager for Frinj - who just insisted it was the 'best concealer ever'. I had to test her theory. Let me assure you - if you are constantly looking for something that can remove under eye circles, cover blemishes and smooth things over in a healthy, non-greasy way - THIS IS YOUR CONCEALER. Please try it!

Use regularly to help cover, and improve the appearance of under eye circles and some inperfections. gloUnder Eye Concealer’s formulation has been enriched with additional moisture and lubricants to enable high pigment coverage treatment benefits and moisture WITHOUT caking.

It also contains an exclusive antioxidant blend of vitamins A, C, E and green tea extract. This moisturizing formulation is ideal for under eye area.

To get full coverage, it is best to use the camouflage brush, or the precision camouflage brush. To make your concealer completely disappear, feather the edges with your ring finger. Always be gentle when applying product under the eye and on eyelids. gloUnder Eye Concealer is also ideal for highlighting the eye area and comes in four great colors:
  • Beige
  • Golden
  • Honey
  • Natural
You'll be looking good in no time flat with the gloUnder Eye Concealer.

THIS FALL, HARVEST NATURE'S BEAUTY

You have to take care of your skin in the Fall! Autumn brings chilly winds, and as a result - dryer skin.

As you're carving your jack-o-lantern this year - keep the pumpkin pulp! Pumpkin is rich in antioxidant vitamins A & C, as well as zinc - and contains super-beneficial alpha-hydroxy acids. Nourish your skin naturally - and slough off dead skin cells.

PUMPKIN TREATS:

Pumpkin Facial
INGREDIENTS:

* 2 teaspoons (cooked or canned) pumpkin
* 1/2 teaspoon honey
* 1/4 teaspoon milk (or heavy cream, if your skin is super dry)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix all ingredients together, and apply to a clean face with gentle circular motions, avoiding the area around your eyes.
2. Allow mask to remain on skin for 10 to 15 minutes (RELAX!), then rinse with warm water, pat dry, and apply your usual moisturizer.

Pumpkin Scrub
INGREDIENTS:

* 1/2 cup cooked or canned pumpkin, pureed
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Combine ingredients in a bowl - HOW EASY!
2. Scoop some of the mixture and apply to body, starting with your feet and working your way up, but avoiding your face. Scrub gently using circular motions.
3. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

Calling All Curly Girls!

Well, Summer is wrapping up - and with the Texas heat, swimming and all of the outdoor fun your hair might be feeling a little glum.

Here are a few of my tips, to RECHARGE your beautiful curls.

HAIR FACT:
Curly hair tends to be on the dry side.. meaning - it's dehydrated. The hair is a naturally porous material, so when it's dry, it will pull in moisture from the environment. This results in the 'grow factor' (you Curly-Girls know what I mean...) your hair goes WIDE and FRIZZY as the day goes on.

HAIR TIPS:

Start with a consultation with one of our stylists about the condition of your particular hair type. Everyone is different!
Condition, condition, condition - cleanse less and condition more!
If your hair is severely dehydrated, add a mask (once a week) to your hair care arsenal - it will help bring your curls back from the brink!

If you're nice to your curls, you'll turn heads wherever you go. (and in a GOOD way!)

Frinj Salon & Spa offers several conditioning treatments, and have a great selection of take-home product to restore, revitalize and maintain the curls you were meant to have.

XOXO, Casey

Sooth and Minimize Unsightly Razorburn, Bumps and Ingrown Hairs

OUCH!

DON'T YOU HATE RAZORBURN, INGROWN HAIRS, BUMPS AND SUCH THAT OCCURS AFTER SHAVING OR WAXING?

Of course you do. Who likes having to douse the baby powder on just to be able to function without succumbing to shaving-or-waxing-induced irritation?

How can you wear a little black dress when you have to deal with the puff of continual 'smoke' from all the BABY POWDER you had to use for all the bumps and ingrown hairs from shaving? Seriously!

TEND SKIN SOLUTION is the perfect product to soothe bumps, ingrown hairs and razorburn. It also works great after waxing when your follicles are screaming for relief from the extraction of their prior hairy residents. Simply apply with a cotton ball after shaving or waxing - use regularly - and your bumps, rashes and burns from shaving will be HISTORY.

Heard anough? Ready to try it? You can WIN a free bottle of Tend Skin Solution by following us on Facebook! So become a fan - and win a bottle this Friday!

Frinj Loves Kristinia!

The Frinj Webmistress had the AWESOME opportunity today to visit with the folks at Universal Music Group - who have been prepping Dallas for the arrival of Kristinia DeBarge!

Kristinia is here on tour - (opening for Britney Spears on the Circus Tour) - and Dallas is in for a HUGE treat tonight - for the concert.

What a GREAT talent Kristinia is - and SO very sweet and professional. She was fresh, beautiful and friendly - a true superstar - and, at only 19 - and we know she's going to keep growing and topping the charts.

Certainly, her hit song "Goodbye" - the first release from her new album, Exposed - is stuck in my head (and my three year old loves the "na na na na" part). I'm not too proud to admit my age and say "In my day" I did have some serious teased hair, head-bandanas, oversized shirts + shoulder pads - when reenacting the MTV video of the Bananarama version of "Goodbye" with my girlfriends - but I have to say - I LOVE this one better. It's much more soulful and hip - and a totally different song.

However - I have to say - the real treat today for me - was the acoustic version we got of her second release, "Sabotage" - is something that about brought us to tears - In a good way - you know - where the little hairs on your arm stand at attention? Her voice was spot-on, and the guitarist, Eric (seen in the video below) - was fab, too. They rocked the songs together like a hand in a glove! I guess they've had some practice - it was AWESOME. We listened to the CD/Studio version of the same song on the way home - and it's just as great! (See below for video from event! and don't forget to pay special attention to SABOTAGE!)

Not only is this song SO easy to relate to - it's catchy, true (for almost all of us girls - and everyone really!) and sung so well by Kristinia. Below is a link to a video from Kristinia's site - offering an acoustic version of the second release from her new album - and here's Frinj wishing her only the best - and offering an open invite to visit us anytime she's in Dallas!

DID YOU KNOW? We were cool enough to get to do Kristinia's nails! She paid us a visit - and Barbara - our super-nail doer extraordinaire was in awe! Barbara is a HUGE fan of Kristinia's dad - JAMES DEBARGE - and the group DEBARGE from the 80's! We'll have pics soon!

HOMECOMING is HERE

With Homecoming right around the corner for most girls, it is time to start thinking about your hair, which is a MUST for the Homecoming go-er, you never know.. you could be crowned Homecoming Queen !

The updo is the way to look elegant but at the same time look hip on Homecoming night. Here are some tips and tricks for the big night!

Think ahead. After buying your dress, think about how you want to wear your hair and get all the accessories that you will need to complete your look. Be yourself when planning your hairstyle, are you simple and elegant or wild and crazy? Whatever your personality, make sure your hairstyle fits you and reflects YOUR personality.

Get your accessories. There are GemStix to pearl barretts, to ribbons to just plain old bobby pins.

Have your hair colored, highlighted and/or cut a week or so prior so the color will be fresh and new. While there at your salon, make your appointment to get your hair done as Stylist book up quick on Homecoming days.

Make sure you wash your hair early in the day and condition well. (check with your stylist because some like your hair a little dirty to do a good Homecoming updo).

Go to your stylist early the day of Homecoming and make sure you take your dress so that they can see the look you are going for. You should have your hair done second to last, last being your makeup, then straight home for the big night!

Final tip is .. get home.. take your bath, put on your dress and jewelry and give your hair one final spritz of hairspray and go have yourself a wonderful and fun night!

Locks of Love = Lots of Love

From Pembroke Pines, Florida to right here in Plano, Texas - kids are jumping on the Locks of Love bandwagon. Schools, PTAs and Student Councils are starting to plan Locks of Love days for their school and community for their 2009-2010 school year.

Some organizations will be using the Locks of Love program to “reward” kids for a job well done by reaching their goal for fundraising or TAKS testing. What a great idea to achieve your goal and have the feeling of also giving back!

Whether you are in high school, middle school or elementary school, or even in college - look around in your community and see where the Locks of Love action is.

What a way to beat those “Back to School” blues! Check out teachers cutting and donating their lovely locks, as well as school administrators, students and entire classes (we had one a group from Beverly Elementary in Plano!).

Many schools are organizing a "Give Back Day" or "Service Matters Day" where you get to give back to the community and what better way than to donate your hair to someone who needs it the most - a young person who has lost their hair due to medical treatment, or for another similar reason.

Locks of Love is a non-profit organization that provides hair to financially disadvantaged children under the age of 18, who have lost their hair to a medical condition.

READY TO DONATE? Here's some tips:
  • Your hair must be a minimum length of 10 inches for a donation after it is cut.
  • Curly hair can be pulled straight to make the 10 inch requirement.
  • Your hair can be colored or permed; however bleached hair cannot be accepted as the bleach causes the hair to dissolve as it goes through the manufacturing process.

Anyone can donate hair - moms, dads, grandmas, grandpas, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends! And - at Frinj - we offer 50% off your cut and style if you donate your hair to Locks Of Love - and you'll be featured on our website too!

Learn more about how you can give back. Look in your community for Locks of Love events and in the meantime, keep growing that hair!

If you don't remember - we did a Locks of Love cut live on Good Morning Texas! Click here for the video and more info!

SUMMER HAIR CARE TIPS

BE GOOD TO YOUR HAIR THIS SUMMER. We're here to help with some HOT hair care tips to protect your locks from the potentially damaging elements of summer. Here's the top five SUMMER HAIR CARE TIPS to keep your strands safe and silky!
Reken UV Product
#1: EASY ON THE HEAT! It's hot out there! Take a break from your normal use of hot hair tools (blow dryers, hot irons,
electric curlers) every day - opt instead for natural air drying from time to time during these hot Texas summers. You can also braid long hair when wet - that will unravel into natural waves when dry!

#2: USE GOOD PRODUCT! There are tons of great products out there. Be sure to read the labels and ask us for advice! We carry
a few sun care products in our retail boutique. If your hair colored, and you spend lots of time in the sun - you need extra-special care such as Redken's Color-Extend Sun - which offers special after-sun care to color treated hair.

#3: LOVE (AND CONDITION) DEEPLY: Take conditioning to the next level - and apply a deep conditioner (like Difiaba Hydressence Masque), wrap in plastic wrap or a shower cap - and hit the hay. Allowing the deep conditioner to soak into damaged hair overnight will provide extra repair and re-moisturizing benefits!

#4:TAKE COVER WHEN POSSIBLE: When you can, take cover! With a hat, that is! It's perfectly stylish whether at the beach or at the pool to cover your delicate 'do with a cute straw western hat, or other form of cover. Consider it a fashion statement! Certainly, if you are against hat-wearing, then the next best thing which is sunscreen. You can use a regular SPF product on your head and hair: be sure to work the product onto your scalp.

#5: DON'T SKIMP ON TRIMMING!Take your trims seriously during the hot summer months, and don't skip on these very important haircuts! You need to have the ends trimmed every 6-8 weeks - ESPECIALLY during the summer months. You can avoid damaged or split ends by coming into Frinj regularly for your shape-up trim!

What Dad Wants This Father's Day

He want's a PEDICURE - that's what!

Don't let the guys lie about this - they love these. They only wish they had a little privacy to enjoy their spa and salon services, without 20 cackling ladies talking about their bunions or the town PTA meeting.

He also loves stress-relief massage, haircuts with hot towel deep conditioning treatments, men's manis, European facials and other spa and salon services.

Now, be prepared - he'll try to give you a few excuses about why a salon or spa package isn't for him. But we're here to help you overcome these objections with some logic of our own.

EXCUSE #1: I HAVE NO HAIR, SO I DON'T NEED A SALON.
Really? Is that all you got? You've still got follicles, dammit - there's just not hair in them. Who wouldn't want a hot-towel massage follicle treatment (with or without hair!?) You gotta do better than that, Sir.

EXCUSE #2: I'D REALLY RATHER GO HUNTING.
Really? You'd rather spray yourself with deer urine and sit in a stand holding a gun drinking beer all by yourself? Ok, so that might be sort of fun.. but it's not even season? For anything? We know our hunting - and NOTHING is in season until after September around here - and what's more - nobody wants to hunt ANYTHING in June in Texas. This is not a valid excuse to avoid partaking in the pampering.

EXCUSE #3: I'M EMBARRASED.
Of what? Are you serious? If you want to BE HOT, you gotta THINK HOT. And that means getting yourself under Keisha's hair dryer. You can't be embarrased for wanting to be well-groomed. What if the whole world thought this way? What if the whole world was embarrased to go get a stinking hair cut? Honestly!! THINK ABOUT THE IMPLICATIONS, MAN. This could have profound and devastating consequences, therefore is not a valid excuse.

Seriously, most men LOVE getting pampered, and most dads would be overjoyed to get a few hours to rest and relax. Check out our fresh gift ideas for Father's Day!

You love him and want him happy. So do we. If you're scared, don't be. He'll love it - Get him a special Father's Day gift pack age created just-for-the-guys!

Makeup With Staying Power

You've got IMPORTANT Events coming up - Does your makeup have STAYING POWER? We know you're busy attending important events like Prom, Graduation, and Weddings this Summer. Are you positively prepared to avoid the melting of the makeup? There's nothing worse than funky foundation formulations or elusive eyeshadow that disappears after 30 minutes. We're here to help with some masterful makeup tips to help you have STAYING POWER THIS SUMMER!

Prime Time Foundation Primer1. Prime Time: PRIME your face... we recommend bareMinerals Prime Time Foundation Primer. It's a super way to start your special occasion - light, mineral-infused foundation primer developed to combat enlarged pores, fill fine lines, and excess oil. Apply before SPF 15 foundation for a long-lasting flawless face. Find it in our boutique!

2. Prime the eyes too: The bareMinerals Prime Time Eyes eyelid primer is a unique formula that goes on smooth & sheer, is lightweight but prov
Bare Minerals Prime Time Eyesides super-star staying power for luxurious lasting color. The bareMinerals-infused, base keeps excess oil from affecting your color & staying power with respect to foundation, eyeshadow and liner. We carry the full line of bareMinerals makeup and primer.

3. It's all in the timing: Apply your foundation at least 10 minutes after you moisturize. If you don't allow the moisturizer to absorb into the skin, your foundation will wear off in a matter of hours.

4. BLOT if you GOT shine: We want you to SHINE, but not in THAT way. To make your flawless face last, blot your makeup with a Kleenex or paper towel throughout the day to remove excess oil. You can also use the nifty oil-blotting sheets!

5. Apply Foundation to eyes and lips. You need to give a base coat of foundation after priming for eye makeup and lipstick to adhere to. This will double the staying power of your eyeshadow & lipstick. And, here's a tip for the artisan who is great with the itty-bitty brush: Liquid eye liner has 4 times the staying power than pencil eye liners! If you've got the skills with liquid eyeliner - USE IT for these special occasions for extra-long eye makeup life.

6. Seal it with powder: After applying foundation and liner to lips, dust with loose powder, then apply lipstick. In fact - we LOVE bareMinerals Mineral Veil for this little job!

Skin Cancer AwarenessDon't Forget! May is National Skin Cancer Awareness Month. bareMinerals SPF 15 Foundation aids in the prevention of sun-induced skin damage and carries the Skin Cancer Foundation's seal of recommendation.

NOTICE: Frinj Salon & Spa has changed their hours on Thursdays. We are no longer open until 9pm, we will be closing at 8pm effective immediately.

SIP-N-SWAP - New Date!

As you might know - we've planned a super cool event called Sip-N-Swap!

It was originally planned for Tuesday May 12th, but due to recent Swine Flu school cancellations and event delays - we understand your schedule is chaotic at best right now. To accomodate, we've moved the date to Tuesday June 16th. Visit our website for the details!

What is it? It's an exclusive clothes-swapping event for those of you who prefer NOT to deal with long lines or crowded stores, or pay the high prices for new duds. It's for those of us who'd love to socialize a bit, drink a glass of wine - then indulge in that animal-like instinct of getting some new-to you items for only the ticket price of $20.00! It's a FASHION FRENZY! Look below for more tips on how to maximize your sipping and swapping experience.

What's even better - is that all leftover clothing will be donated to The Family Place.

OK, I'm In! What do I do?

First, buy your ticket. Visit www.sip-n-swap.com to purchase your tickets online. Tickets are 20.00, or you can call Frinj Salon & Spa at 469-361-0017.

Next, pick out at least five gently-worn or even new items from your closet that you don't wear. It can be apparel, jewelry, handbags, shoes or other accessories. No holes or stains, please - clothes must be something you consider in great condition, something you'd want to swap FOR!

Finally, come to Frinj Salon & Spa (visit website for directions, map and phone number) on Tuesday, June 16th at 7:00 PM to SIP-N-SWAP!

DATE: Tuesday June 16th from 7:00 PM until 9:30 PM
WHERE: Frinj Salon & Spa

Sippin' & Swappin' TIPS:

1/ Buy your ticket online or call to purchase tickets. Once you've received your ticket, we recommend you drop off your donation to Frinj Salon & Spa prior to the event, and we'll stamp your ticket that your clothing contribution has been received. That leaves only your showing up to sip a bit, then SWAP for some new glam-gear!

2/ The night of the event, dress with boxers or shorts and a tank top under your clothing. This will make it easier for you to try on things to make sure they fit. We'll have mirrors around so you can quickly verify your capture before you claim it!

Want to know more? Contact us at 469-361-0017 for more information, or visit our website. We can't wait - and hate that we've had to postpone it. But our clients and friends told us that right now was just not a good time with so many changes in important plans like graduation, school closures, childcare issues and everything surrounding the Swine Flu outbreak in North Texas. We've accomodated by pushing the event out by a few weeks.

But you know what that means.... MORE TIME EQUALS MORE CLOTHES. You can expect the clothing crop to be MUCH better given that we've got more time to 'Spring Clean' our closets!

Happy SWAPPING!

The Eyebrow Saga : Final Chapter

Have you ever heard of THREADING? I hadn't.

But I tried it - and now I'm here to report to you - it's benefits and how the process works - because we now offer this ancient method of grooming and shaping your eyebrows - here at FRINJ SALON & SPA.

I've never been a huge fan of waxing, primarily because it ALWAYS leaves me looking like I have chicken pox (or something worse...) on my lips and eyes. And you know - I haven't had much luck with my eyebrows at all - as you have probably already read.

However, when Simi, one of our designers at Frinj - told me she knew how to "THREAD" I was curious, and so I tried it.

I have to tell you - before you read one more word - that I've been SUPER HAPPY with the results - going on 2 weeks now with ZERO regrowth - and a beautiful shape! In fact - one of the best shapings of brows I have ever had. Not too much, and enough - I mean... I look like a girl now.

So I sat down, and Simi told me it might hurt a bit. No big whoop - I am a trooper when it comes to pain. I mean, I had a baby, right? What can a piece of thread be compared to THAT?

OMG! Someone get me a DRINK (and a STONG one) before I do this again....

Ok, so I'm elaborating a hair, here (no pun intended).

It did hurt. But waxing hurts too. It just hurts faster. Threading just hurts a little longer.

Simi took a piece of cotton thread, and began wrapping it around LINES of hairs - then using a twisting motion, lassoed the hairs like the Texan she now is, and lifted the hairs right out of the follicle. (pluck pluck pluck pluck)

And that's it. It took about 15 minutes, but Simi went slow and carefully - because if done incorrectly, the hairs can break, or you could get a tiny paper-cut like laceration from the thread. But Simi is of Middle-Eastern heritage, and she and her family have been practicing this ancient art for many years. And, it's not easy to find someone who's experienced with threading, and it's darn-near impossible to find someone who is as patient and gentle as Simi. This is her specialty - and it shows.

Threading can be used anywhere on the face, and is generally not performed to remove bodily hair, only facial.

Here's some pros and cons to help you decide if threading might be for you:

PROS:

It's Super Sanitary and Burn-Free: nothing but STRING! That's it - string only. No wax, no chemicals, no chance of being burned by wax. Plus, whille waxing removes the top layer of skin - threading does not.

NO RED BUMPS: I experienced a few little red areas for a bit after my threading session - but for the most part, I was back to normal within an hour or two. Where - compared to waxing - I have SERIOUS bumpage for at least 2 days.

Great Shape: Threading has a tendency (from what I've read) to offer the designer more flexibility in the design of your brow; the string can actually shape the entire brow in lines and selecting the area of hair to remove with fine precision.

Longer Lasting: Threading lasts longer than the typical wax or pluck - it pulls the entire hair at the root out. And, if done regularly - it can be longer, as it can damage the follicle and stunt future growth.

CONS:

Well, IT HURTS. But not any worse than waxing or plucking really. Tough it up! Get with the program!

It's hard to find a good threading technician: But we have one who's been practicing this tradition with her family. She didn't just take a class or two - she's the real deal. So myth debunked.

WHO IT'S FOR:

  • People with sensitive skin
  • People who are 'anti-wax' for whatever reason - such as being on Retin-A, Accutane or other medications that make them sensitive to the chemicals and process of waxing.
WHAT IT COSTS:

Threading typically can run anywhere from $12-50 - we charge $20 at Frinj. Call us and try it out! Be sure to ask for Simi.

If you want to see how it's done, and learn a little more about it before you try - here's a video from LatestBeauty.com:

What Hair Stylists Compete On

One thing's for sure. Stylists are COMPETITIVE. They all want the most clients, (happy ones of course) the best 'dos, the most ingenious ideas and style, the latest in trends and experience, education - and the coolest tools. Or - if we're talking about REALITY - the HOTTEST TOOLS.

I was getting my healthier tri-colored hair updated a few days ago, and was listening to the stylist chat about tools.

It seems, that the HOTTER the BETTER on the hairdryer, and these gals & guys will burn a hole right through your blue jeans to prove who's dryer blows the hottest! What's even crazier, is that I about burned my fingers off testing it. (I know, don't stick your hand in the piranha tank if you don't want to get bit, right?)

Ok, so maybe I'm exaggerating. Seriously, there were no flamin' dryers. But I learned a lot!

You really need be a professional to go for these ultra-hot styling tools. Sure, curling irons get hot, so do flat irons, etc - but these professional dryers do get REALLY hot. Hotter than I ever thought! You could absolutely cook your chicken dinner with some of these hair dryers.

That said, always pick a hair dryer you know you can handle. And, talk to your stylist about how and where to hold it, what settings to use, and how much to dry at a time for maximum control and results.

I was learning how to dry my hair properly, and noticed 'smoke' coming off of it. Kishia & Simi both promised me that it was the product - and not my hair. Thank goodness! It scared me enough to know TWO THINGS.

1/ I definitely wouldn't want a really hot dryer at home. I'll leave the really hot ones to the pro's at Frinj Salon & Spa.
2/ I definitely have more to learn about blow-drying.

Who knew it was such an art? Seriously! Like many things in life, there's a trick to it!

There are great personal dryers out there that will get the job done! Those are the ones for me.

A Conversation With The Bumble Queen

I can't believe I photoshopped a foot, but I had to. This was WAY too profound not to, in all honesty.

I was doing my thing at the salon one day, and Jordan, one of the stylists - was standing by when I was mentioning my current relationship my hair, and how it's really mad at me right now.

Of course - my hair is liking me a bit better, because I've been treating it with Difiaba products - and it's doing great. But it needed an extra bit of love, (like a hair masque) and I needed some new hairspray. So I figured, "I'll let this gal tell me a little about Bumble and bumble - she seems to think she knows a thing or two about it..." - and we were off.

I begin this post telling you - that I've never - in my years on the planet as a basic human, seen the product knowledge that these peeps at Frinj have. It's unbeliveable. And Jordan - well, she takes it to a new level. Let me tell you what I mean.

I was shopping for, primarily - a new hairspray. Right now, with things as they are with my hair, it's the only control I really have. Jordan told me I needed "Bumble and bumble Classic" Hairspray. The conversation follows.

Jordan: You need Bumble and bumble Classic Hairspray. It's the best out there.

Kari: Really? How so?

Jordan: It's so good I got it tatooed on my foot.

Kari: No you didn't!

Jordan: I did.

Kari: Let me see it!

{ and so a foot was whipped out, and behold - a tattoo right there, smack on the painful part of the foot - a Bumble and bumble Classic hairspray can. I grabbed one off the shelf to compare. }

Kari: OMG! You did! And it looks like the can!

Jordan: It's the best. Or I wouldn't have gotten the tat.

So that's about it. I was an owner.

And I have to say - it's the best hairspray I've ever tried. I go back to the pink-can-Aqua-net days - (that held in a monsoon) and I've done the whole "AUSSIE" thing - this stuff blows it all out of the water. It's not sticky AT ALL, and totally holds my stuff in place. What's best - and I may be making things up here, as I tend to do that - is it SEEMS to me that it makes my hair a little thicker? I dunno. It just works for me.

You can buy this great stuff from Bumble and bumble online, or in our store - of course. We're a Bumble and bumble treatment salon.

But the most important thing I learned, is not to MESS WITH THE EMPLOYEES OF FRINJ. When they say it, they mean it and they KNOW it. Whatever type of 'beauty dilemnma' you might have - they have answers for - and they know their products.

Kudos to the staff at Frinj - they know their stuff. :)
